Flu shots are still available for all Gary residents and all city employees at the Gary Health Department, 1145 W. 5th Avenue. During the month of December, the GHD staff is donating gloves/mittens to distribute to citizens who come to the Health Department and are in need of them during the winter.

CRworks,Inc. received a donation of stuffed animals from Pet Smart and will provide free stuffed animals to the public as well as the Methodist Northlake and Southlake Hospitals.
